2026年11月7日（土）、MIMINOIMIは国内外の実験的で冒険的な音楽を紹介するイベントシリーズ「耳の糧 - Food For Ears -」の第12回を、東京・笹塚のBlack Bird Eateryにて開催します。

台湾・台中を拠点に活動するサウンドアーティストNick Tsai。2024年の「耳の糧 vol.2」に続く二回目の出演となるNick Tsaiは、モジュラーシンセサイザーを用い、アンビエントから実験的なサウンドスケープまで広い領域を横断し、植物の形態や有機的な成長に着想を得た「Plant Sonification」プロジェクトなどでも知られています。

Tsaiは今回、繊細で透明感のある音響作品を国内外のレーベルから発表し続けるサウンドアーティストTomotsugu Nakamuraとの共演を行います。異なるアプローチを持つ2人の音が、どのように交わり、いかなる音風景を生み出すのか注目です。

ニューヨークのアンビエントレーベル〈12k〉から2007年にデビューし、2024年には3作目となるアルバム『Unspoken Poetry』を発表したMoskitoo。自身の声を軸に、ギターやオルゴール、身の回りの物音、偶発的なノイズなどを繊細に編み込み、個性的な音世界を構築するサウンドアーティストです。

更に、実験的なハープ奏者として東京の即興シーンで大きな注目を集めているYoriko Shiraiも出演します。即興演奏の場で活動する彼女が、アンビエントを通過した感性でハープの弦の響きや余韻と、空間特性を活かしながら演奏を紡いでくれることが期待されます。

会場となるBlack Bird Eateryは、京王線笹塚駅から徒歩約4分。食と音楽、さまざまな文化が交わる、親密でインクルーシブな空間です。出演者とオーディエンスの距離が近いこの場所で、オーディエンスはリラックスしながら、それぞれの音の細部をじっくりと味わうことができます。

On Saturday, November 7, 2026, MIMINOIMI presents the 12th edition of Food For Ears, its event series dedicated to adventurous and experimental music from Japan and around the world, at Black Bird Eatery in Sasazuka, Tokyo.

Nick Tsai is a sound artist based in Taichung, Taiwan. Following his appearance at Food For Ears vol. 2 in 2024, Tsai returns for his second performance in the series. Working with modular synthesizers, he traverses a broad sonic territory, from ambient to experimental soundscapes. He is also known for projects such as Plant Sonification, which draws inspiration from the forms of plants and their organic processes of growth.

This time, Tsai will perform alongside Tomotsugu Nakamura, a sound artist who continues to release delicate, translucent sonic works on labels in Japan and abroad. It will be fascinating to hear how their distinct approaches intersect and what kind of sonic landscapes emerge from their encounter.

Moskitoo made her debut on the New York-based ambient label 12k in 2007 and released her third album, Unspoken Poetry, in 2024. Centering on her own voice, she delicately weaves together guitar, music boxes, everyday sounds, incidental noises, and other subtle sonic elements to create a distinctive musical world.

Also joining the lineup is Yoriko Shirai, an experimental harpist who has been attracting considerable attention in Tokyo’s improvisation scene. Drawing on a sensibility shaped by ambient music, Shirai is expected to explore the resonances and lingering tones of the harp, responding to the acoustic characteristics of the space as she develops her performance in the moment.

Located about a four-minute walk from Sasazuka Station on the Keio Line, Black Bird Eatery is an intimate and inclusive space where food, music, and diverse cultures come together. With performers and audience members in close proximity, the venue offers a relaxed setting in which listeners can immerse themselves in the subtle details of each performance.

オーガナイザー・コレクティブMIMINOIMIは、アンビエントの可能性を探求する7日間の都市型フェスティバル「MIMINOIMI – Ambient / Week – 」の第4弾 “Attention In Motion / アテンションのただよい” を2026年5月4日（月・祝）〜10日（日）の期間に開催します。

今年のテーマは、「アテンション／注意」。

DAY1とDAY2は、サントリー学芸賞受賞者で、関西を拠点に活動する音楽学者中川真が参加者と共同的に作り上げていくワークショップ、DAY3は、世界的に重要なサウンドアーティストLawrence English (Room40)が行うサウンドウォークとフィールドレコーディングを通して聴くことの核心に迫るレクチャー・ワークショップ、DAY4は、アテンションで体験が変容する牧野貴の映像とLawrence Englishのライブなど、DAY5は、SUPER DOMMUNEを舞台に、土取利行と、いとうせいこうによる言葉と歌の関係性を深掘りするレクチャー・パフォーマンス、DAY6は、土取利行の新バンドスパイラルアームズ（with 石坂亥士、竹原幸一）、尺八奏者として縦横無尽に活動を行う黒田玲尊、文筆家「よろすず」としても活動するShuta Hiraki等が出演し、DAY7は、モダンアンビエントの重要アーティストMasayoshi Fujita、80年台から活動する日本のガムラングループであるパラグナ・グループ、声を使ったドローンミュージックを探求するAyami Suzukiと、マージナル・コンソートのメンバーとして長く活動する多田正美のスペシャルデュオ、新進気鋭のギタリストTatsuro Murakamiの特別な初バンドセット、環境音楽レジェンドInoyama Land他が出演します。

様々なプログラムを通して現代の“アテンション”のあり方を考察していきます。
